Reportify is designed to be a private, secure space for your financial documents.

• All of your data, including your account information (name, email, hashed password), profile picture, and all invoice data, is stored exclusively on your local device in a secure database.
• We do not have servers, and we do not collect, transmit, view, or store any of your personal or financial information. You are in complete control of your data.

How We Use Your Information

Since we do not collect your information, we do not use it for any purpose other than the core functionality of the app, which runs entirely on your device. The app uses your stored data to:

• Authenticate you and keep you logged in.
• Display your list of invoices and their details.
• Generate charts and reports based on your spending.

Third-Party Services

To provide the automatic invoice scanning feature, Reportify uses Google's Gemini API.

• When you choose to add an invoice by taking a photo, selecting an image, or choosing a PDF, only that specific image or document is sent to the Google Gemini API for processing.
• The API analyzes the image and returns the extracted text in a structured format. This data is then saved directly to your device's local database.
• No personal information from your account is sent with this request. The use of this data is governed by Google's API policies. For more information, you can review Google's API Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We take the security of your local data seriously. Your login session is maintained by storing a user identifier in the secure Keychain on your device, which is the industry standard for storing sensitive data on iOS.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
